The Engineering Design Process (EDP) is the tool that every product or systems is developed with. Students learn that not only can new products/processes be invented, but that current ones can be innovated using the EDP. In fact, we learn that we can use the EDP in all aspects of our life. From studying for an exam to cooking dinner for our family, inventing a new mode of transportation to improving school schedules, the EDP is a very important tool.
